bukhari:458 – Sulaymān b. Ḥarb > Ḥammād b. Zayd > Thābit > Abū Rāfiʿ > Abū Hurayrah

A black man or a black woman used to sweep the mosque and he or she died. The Prophet ﷺ asked about her (or him). He was told that she (or he) had died. He said, "Why did you not inform me? Show me his grave (or her grave)." So he went to her (his) grave and offered her (his) funeral prayer."  

البخاري:٤٥٨ – حَدَّثَنَا سُلَيْمَانُ بْنُ حَرْبٍ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا حَمَّادُ بْنُ زَيْدٍ عَنْ ثَابِتٍ عَنْ أَبِي رَافِعٍ عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ

أَنَّ رَجُلاً أَسْوَدَ أَوِ امْرَأَةً سَوْدَاءَ كَانَ يَقُمُّ الْمَسْجِدَ فَمَاتَ فَسَأَلَ النَّبِيُّ ﷺ عَنْهُ فَقَالُوا مَاتَ قَالَ أَفَلاَ كُنْتُمْ آذَنْتُمُونِي بِهِ دُلُّونِي عَلَى قَبْرِهِ أَوْ قَالَ قَبْرِهَا فَأَتَى قَبْرَهُ فَصَلَّى عَلَيْهِ

A black person, a male or a female used to clean the Mosque and then died. The Prophet ﷺ did not know about it . One day the Prophet ﷺ remembered him and said, "What happened to that person?" The people replied, "O Messenger of Allah ﷺ! He died." He said, "Why did you not inform me?" They said, "His story was so and so (i.e. regarded him as insignificant)." He said, "Show me his grave." He then went to his grave and offered the funeral prayer.  

البخاري:١٣٣٧ – حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الْفَضْلِ حَدَّثَنَا حَمَّادُ بْنُ زَيْدٍ عَنْ ثَابِتٍ عَنْ أَبِي رَافِعٍ عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ ؓ

abudawud:3203 – Sulaymān b. Ḥarb And Musaddad > Ḥammād > Thābit > Abū Rāfiʿ > Abū Hurayrah

A negress (or a youth) used to sweep the mosque. The Prophet ﷺ missed him, and when he asked about him the people told him that he had died. He said: Why have you not informed me ? He said: Lead me to his grave. So they led him and he prayed over him.
