البزّار:٤١٦٧ – حَدَّثنا عُبَيد بن بخيت قَال حَدَّثنا عَبد الْعَزِيزِ بْنُ عَبد الرَّحمَن عَن خُصَيف عَن عَطاء عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ رَضِي اللَّهُ عَنْهُمَا أَنَّ رَجُلا قَالَ يَا رَسولَ اللهِ

إِنِّي ظَاهَرْتُ مِنَ امْرَأَتِي فَرَأَيْتُ سَاقَهَا فِي الْقَمَرِ فَوَاقَعْتُهَا قَبْلَ أَنْ أُكَفِّرَ فَقَالَ لَهُ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيه وَسَلَّم كَفِّرْ ولاَ تعد

[Machine] A man came to the Prophet ﷺ and said, "O Messenger of Allah, I had an intimate relation with my wife before I made ghusl (ritual purification)." The Prophet ﷺ asked him, "What made you do that?" He replied, "I saw her thigh in the moonlight and could not resist." The Prophet ﷺ then said, "Leave her until you have performed ghusl."

الطبراني:١١٥٩٩ – حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَضْرَمِيُّ ثنا أَبُو كُرَيْبٍ ثنا حُمَيْدُ بْنُ حَمَّادِ بْنِ خُوَارٍ ثنا ابْنُ جُرَيْجٍ عَنِ الْحَكَمِ بْنِ أَبَانَ عَنْ عِكْرِمَةَ عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ قَالَ

أَتَى رَجُلٌ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ فَقَالَ يَا رَسُولَ اللهِ إِنِّي ظَاهَرْتُ مِنَ امْرَأَتِي وقَرَبْتُها قَبْلَ أَنْ أُكَفِّرَ قَالَ «وَمَا حَمَلَكَ عَلَى ذَلِكَ؟» قَالَ رَأَيْتُ سَاقَهَا فِي الْقَمَرِ فَأَصَبْتُهَا فَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ «اعْتَزِلْهَا حَتَّى تُكَفِّرَ»
