“There will come to the people years of treachery, when the liar will be regarded as honest, and the honest man will be regarded as a liar; the traitor will be regarded as faithful, and the faithful man will be regarded as a traitor; and the Ruwaibidah will decide matters.’ It was said: ‘Who are the Ruwaibidah?’ He said: ‘Vile and base men who control the affairs of the people.’”

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ سَيَأْتِي عَلَى النَّاسِ سَنَوَاتٌ خَدَّاعَاتٌ يُصَدَّقُ فِيهَا الْكَاذِبُ وَيُكَذَّبُ فِيهَا الصَّادِقُ وَيُؤْتَمَنُ فِيهَا الْخَائِنُ وَيُخَوَّنُ فِيهَا الأَمِينُ وَيَنْطِقُ فِيهَا الرُّوَيْبِضَةُ قِيلَ وَمَا الرُّوَيْبِضَةُ قَالَ الرَّجُلُ التَّافِهُ فِي أَمْرِ الْعَامَّةِ

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ إِنَّ أَمَامَ الدَّجَّالِ سِنِينَ خَدَّاعَةً يُكَذَّبُ فِيهَا الصَّادِقُ وَيُصَدَّقُ فِيهَا الْكَاذِبُ وَيُخَوَّنُ فِيهَا الْأَمِينُ وَيُؤْتَمَنُ فِيهَا الْخَائِنُ وَيَتَكَلَّمُ فِيهَا الرُّوَيْبِضَةُ قِيلَ وَمَا الرُّوَيْبِضَةُ؟ قَالَ الْفُوَيْسِقُ يَتَكَلَّمُ فِي أَمْرِ الْعَامَّةِ

[Machine] On the authority of the Prophet ﷺ , he said: "People will experience years where the liar will be believed, the truthful will be disbelieved, the trustworthy will be betrayed, the treacherous will be trusted, and the foolish will speak about public matters." It was asked, "O Messenger of Allah, who are the foolish?" He replied, "Those who speak about matters that concern the public." Ibn Qudamah said: Yahya bin Sa'id al-Ansari narrated to me from al-Maqburi, who said, "And in those years, immorality will spread."

عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ أَنَّهُ قَالَ «سَيَأْتِي عَلَى النَّاسِ سِنُونَ يُصَدَّقُ فِيهَا الْكَاذِبُ وَيُكَذَّبُ فِيهَا الصَّادِقُ وَيُخَوَّنُ فِيهَا الْأَمِينُ وَيُؤْتَمَنُ فِيهَا الْخَائِنُ وَيَنْطِقُ فِيهَا الرُّوَيْبِضَةُ» قَالَ قِيلَ يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ وَمَا الرُّوَيْبِضَةُ؟ قَالَ «السَّفِيهُ يَتَكَلَّمُ فِي أَمْرِ الْعَامَّةِ»

عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ قَالَ «تَأْتِي عَلَى النَّاسِ سَنَوَاتٌ جَدِعَاتٌ يُصَدَّقُ فِيهَا الْكَاذِبُ وَيُكَذَّبُ فِيهَا الصَّادِقُ وَيُؤْتَمَنُ فِيهَا الْخَائِنُ وَيُخَوَّنُ فِيهَا الْأَمِينُ وَيَنْطِقُ فِيهِمُ الرُّوَيْبِضَةُ» قِيلَ يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ وَمَا الرُّوَيْبِضَةُ؟ قَالَ «الرَّجُلُ التَّافِهُ يَتَكَلَّمُ فِي أَمْرِ الْعَامَّةِ»

[Machine] From the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "Indeed, before the occurrence of the Hour, there will be years of deceit in which the trustworthy will be accused, and the treacherous will be trusted, and the truthful will be seen as lying, and the liar will be believed. And the ignorant fool will speak about the affairs of the people." It was said, "O Messenger of Allah, what is the ignorant fool?" He said, "He is the foolish one who speaks about the affairs of the public."

عَنْ رَسُولِ اللهِ ﷺ قَالَ «إِنَّ بَيْنَ يَدَيِ السَّاعَةِ سِنِينَ خَوَادِعَ يُتَّهَمُ فِيهَا الْأَمِينُ وَيُؤْتَمَنُ فِيهَا الْخَائِنُ وَيُكَذَّبُ فِيهَا الصَّادِقُ وَيُصَدِّقُ فِيهَا الْكَاذِبُ وَيَتَكَلَّمُ فِي أَمْرِ النَّاسِ الرُّوَيْبِضَةُ» قِيلَ يَا رَسُولَ اللهِ وَمَا الرُّوَيْبِضَةُ؟ قَالَ «السَّفِيهُ يَنْطِقُ فِي أَمْرِ الْعَامَّةِ»

"إِنَّ بَيْنَ يدى السَّاعة سنين خَدَّاعةً، يُتَّهَمُ فيها الأمينُ ويُؤْتمنُ فيها الخائن، ويُصَدَّقُ فيها الكاذبُ، ويُكَذبُ فيها الصادقُ، وَيُتَكَلَّمُ فيها الرُّوَيْبِضَةُ ، قيل: يا رَسولَ اللَّهِ: وما الرُّويبضَةُ؟ قَال: السَّفيه ينْطِقُ في أَمْرِ العَامَّةِ".

"سيَأْتِى عَلَى الناس سَنَوَاتٌ خَداعاتٌ، يُصَدَّقُ فيهَا الْكَاذبُ، ويُكذَّبُ فيهَا الصَّادقُ، ويُؤْتَمنُ فيهَا الْخَائنُ، ويُخَوَّنُ فيهَا الأَمينُ، وينْطقُ فيهَا الرُّوَيْبِضَةُ، قيلَ: ومَا الرُّويبضَةُ؟ قَالَ. الرَّجُلُ التَّافهُ يتكَلَّمُ فِي أَمْرِ الْعامَّةِ".
