[Machine] "He was in the presence of the Messenger of Allah ﷺ , and then lice infested his head. The Messenger of Allah ﷺ commanded him to shave his head and said, 'Either observe fasting for three days or feed six poor people, giving half a saa‘ of wheat as a charity to each poor person, or slaughter a sheep.' So did you do any of these? If you did, then you have been excused." Al-Hussain ibn Al-Walid An-Naysaboori reported this from Maalik, and likewise others."  

البيهقي:٩٠٩٢ – أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو أَحْمَدَ عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ الْحَسَنِ الْعَدْلُ ثنا أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَعْقُوبَ الشَّيْبَانِيُّ ثنا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْوَهَّابِ أنبأ الْحُسَيْنُ بْنُ الْوَلِيدِ ثنا مَالِكُ بْنُ أَنَسٍ عَنْ عَبْدِ الْكَرِيمِ الْجَزَرِيِّ عَنْ مُجَاهِدٍ عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ أَبِي لَيْلَى عَنْ كَعْبِ بْنِ عُجْرَةَ

أَنَّهُ كَانَ مَعَ رَسُولِ اللهِ ﷺ مُحْرِمًا فَآذَاهُ الْقُمَّلُ فِي رَأْسِهِ فَأَمَرَهُ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ أَنْ يَحْلِقَ رَأْسَهُ وَقَالَ صُمْ ثَلَاثَةَ أَيَّامٍ أَوْ أَطْعِمْ سِتَّةَ مَسَاكِينَ لِكُلِّ مِسْكِينٍ مُدٌّ مِنْ شَعِيرٍ أَوِ انْسُكْ شَاةً أِيَّ ذَلِكَ فَعَلْتَ أَجْزَأَ عَنْكَ جَوَّدَهُ الْحُسَيْنُ بْنُ الْوَلِيدِ النَّيْسَابُورِيُّ عَنْ مَالِكٍ وَكَذَلِكَ  

رَوَاهُ ابْنُ وَهْبٍ عَنْ مَالِكٍ وَرَوَاهُ جَمَاعَةٌ عَنْ مَالِكٍ دُونَ ذِكْرِ مُجَاهِدٍ فِي إِسْنَادِهِ وَذُكِرَ الشَّعِيرُ فِي رِوَايَةِ الْحُسَيْنِ بْنِ الْوَلِيدِ دُونَ غَيْرِهِ

That he was with the Messenger of Allah in Ihram and he suffered an infestation of head lice. The Messenger of Allah commanded him to shave his head and told him: "Fast for three days, or fed six poor persons two Mudds earch, or sacrifice a sheep. Whichever one of these you do will be sufficient for you.'"

Yahya related to me from Malik from Abd al-Karim ibn Malik al- Jazari from Abd ar-Rahman ibn Abi Layla from Kab ibn Ujra that one time he was with the Messenger of Allah ﷺ in ihram, and he was suffering from lice on his head. The Messenger of Allah ﷺ told him to shave his head, saying, "Fast three days, or feed six poor people, two mudds for each person, or sacrifice a sheep. If you do any of those it will be enough for you."
