البيهقي:٧٥١٠وَأَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو نَصْرِ بْنُ قَتَادَةَ أنبأ أَبُو مَنْصُورٍ النَّضْرَوِيُّ ثنا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ نَجْدَةَ ثنا سَعِيدُ بْنُ مَنْصُورٍ ثنا أَبُو الْأَحْوَصِ عَنْ أَبِي إِسْحَاقَ عَنْ عِكْرِمَةَ عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ قَالَ مَنْ أَدَّى زَكَاةَ مَالِهِ فَلَا جُنَاحَ عَلَيْهِ

أَنْ لَا يَتَصَدَّقَ وَقَدْ مَضَتْ سَائِرُ الْآثَارِ فِي هَذَا الْمَعْنَى فِي أَوَّلِ كِتَابِ الزَّكَاةِ وَبِاللهِ التَّوْفِيقُ
