البيهقي:٧٥٠٩قَالَ وَحَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى ثنا شَرِيكٌ عَنْ سَالِمٍ عَنْ سَعِيدٍ هُوَ ابْنُ جُبَيْرٍ قَوْلُهُ تَعَالَى {وَآتُوا حَقَّهُ يَوْمَ حَصَادِهِ} [الأنعام 141] قَالَ كَانَ قَبْلَ الزَّكَاةِ فَلَمَّا نَزَلَتِ الزَّكَاةُ نَسَخَتْهَا قَالَ فَيُعْطِي مِنْهُ ضِغْثًا وَيُذْكَرُ عَنِ السُّدِّيِّ
