[Machine] He used to say, "The child of the slave woman is equal to her in status, they are freed by her freedom and ransomed by her ransom."  

البيهقي:٢١٥٨٤ – أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو الْحُسَيْنِ بْنُ بِشْرَانَ بِبَغْدَادَ أنبأ إِسْمَاعِيلُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ الصَّفَّارُ ثنا الْحَسَنُ بْنُ عَلِيِّ بْنِ عَفَّانَ ثنا ابْنُ نُمَيْرٍ عَنْ عُبَيْدِ اللهِ بْنِ عُمَرَ عَنْ نَافِعٍ عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ

أَنَّهُ كَانَ يَقُولُ وَلَدُ الْمُدَبَّرَةِ بِمَنْزِلَتِهَا يَعْتِقُونَ بِعِتْقِهَا وَيُرَقُّونَ بِرِقِّهَا 21585  

رَوَاهُ سُفْيَانُ الثَّوْرِيُّ عَنْ عُبَيْدِ اللهِ فَقَالَ فِي الْحَدِيثِ الْمُدَبَّرَةُ وَلَدُهَا بِمَنْزِلَتِهَا إِذَا وَلَدَتْ وَهِيَ مُدَبَّرَةٌ أَخْبَرَنَاهُ أَحْمَدُ بْنُ عَلِيٍّ الْإِسْفَرَايِينِيُّ أنبأ زَاهِرُ بْنُ أَحْمَدَ ثنا أَبُو بَكْرٍ النَّيْسَابُورِيُّ ثنا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ يُوسُفَ السُّلَمِيُّ وَعَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ عَمْرٍو الْغَزِّيُّ قَالَا ثنا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يُوسُفَ ثنا سُفْيَانُ فَذَكَرَهُ
