عَنْ دُبُرٍ ثُمَّ تُوُفِّيَ سَيِّدُهَا فَخَاصَمَتْ إِلَى عُثْمَانَ ؓ فَقَضَى أَنَّ مَا وَلَدَتْ قَبْلَ أَنْ تُدَبَّرَ عَبِيدٌ وَمَا وَلَدَتْ بَعْدَ التَّدْبِيرِ يَعْتِقُونَ بِعِتْقِهَا
