البيهقي:٢١٥١٢ – أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَافِظُ أنبأ أَبُو الْوَلِيدِ ثنا إِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ عَلِيٍّ ثنا يَحْيَى بْنُ يَحْيَى أنبأ عَبْدُ السَّلَامِ عَنِ الْأَعْمَشِ عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ قَالَ كَانَ عُمَرُ وَعَلِيٌّ وَزَيْدُ بْنُ ثَابِتٍ لَا يُوَرِّثُونَ النِّسَاءَ مِنَ الْوَلَاءِ إِلَّا مَا أَعْتَقْنَ 21513 قَالَ وَأنبأ أَبُو الْوَلِيدِ ثنا عَبْدُ اللهِ

ثنا إِسْحَاقُ أنبأ عَبْدُ السَّلَامِ فَذَكَرَ مِثْلَهُ
