"عَنْ زَيْدِ بْنِ وَهْبٍ، عَنْ عَلِىٍّ وَعَبْدِ اللهِ، وَزَيْدِ بن ثَابِتٍ: أَنَّهُمْ كَانُوا يَجْعَلُونَ الْوَلَاءَ (للِكبر) مِنَ الْعَصَبَةِ، (يورثون) النِّساءَ إِلَّا مَن اعْتَقْنَ أَوْ اعْتَقَ مَنْ أَعْتَقْنَ".
