[Machine] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: "Assign the obligations to their rightful recipients. Whatever remains is for the most deserving person."  

البيهقي:٢١٥١٠ – أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو عَمْرٍو مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللهِ الْأَدِيبُ أنبأ أَبُو بَكْرٍ الْإِسْمَاعِيلِيُّ ثنا عُبَيْدُ اللهِ بْنُ مُوسَى ثنا عَبْدُ الْأَعْلَى ثنا وُهَيْبٌ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ طَاوُسٍ عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ ؓ قَالَ

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ أَلْحِقُوا الْفَرَائِضَ بِأَهْلِهَا فَمَا بَقِيَ فَهُوَ لِأَوْلَى رَجُلٍ ذَكَرٍ  

رَوَاهُ الْبُخَارِيُّ فِي الصَّحِيحِ عَنْ مُسْلِمِ بْنِ إِبْرَاهِيمَ وَغَيْرِهِ عَنْ وُهَيْبٍ وَرَوَاهُ مُسْلِمٌ عَنْ عَبْدِ الْأَعْلَى بْنِ حَمَّادٍ فَأَخْبَرَنَا أَنَّ مَنْ يَأْخُذُ بِالتَّعْصِيبِ إِنَّمَا هُوَ رَجُلٌ إِلَّا مَا خَصَّتْهُ سُنَّةٌ لَهُ أُخْرَى وَقَدْ قَالَ ﷺ فِي إِعْتَاقِ عَائِشَةَ بَرِيرَةَ الْوَلَاءُ لِمَنْ أَعْتَقَ فَدَلَّ أَنَّهَا تَرِثُ بِالْوَلَاءِ
