Let the best among you call the adhan for you, and the Qur'an-readers act as your imams. (Using translation from Abū Dāʾūd 590)
قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ لِيُؤَذِّنْ لَكُمْ خِيَارُكُمْ وَلْيَؤُمَّكُمْ أَقْرَؤُكُمْ

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ لِيُؤَذِّنْ لَكُمْ خِيَارُكُمْ وَلْيَؤُمَّكُمْ قُرَّاؤُكُمْ
"The Messenger of Allah said: 'Let the best of you give the call to prayer (Adhan), and let those who are most versed in the Qur'an lead you in prayer.'"
