[Machine] Abdul Razzaq, Ibn Jurayj, and Ibn Abi Sabrah narrated that two men insulted each other in front of Abu Bakr, but he did not say anything to them. However, when they insulted each other in front of Umar, he disciplined them.  

البيهقي:١٧٥٥٤أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو الْحُسَيْنِ بْنُ بِشْرَانَ أنبأ إِسْمَاعِيلُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ الصَّفَّارُ ثنا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ مَنْصُورٍ

ثنا عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ وَأنا ابْنُ جُرَيْجٍ وَابْنُ أَبِي سَبْرَةَ قَالَا تَشَاتَمَ رَجُلَانِ عِنْدَ أَبِي بَكْرٍ ؓ فَلَمْ يَقُلْ لَهُمَا شَيْئًا وَتَشَاتَمَا عِنْدَ عُمَرَ فَأَدَّبَهُمَا
