[Machine] Whoever marries while prohibited, we will separate his wife from him and we will not fulfill their marriage contract. This is the statement of Al-Hasan and Qatadah.
مَنْ تَزَوَّجَ وَهُوَ مُحْرِمٌ نَزَعْنَا مِنْهُ امْرَأَتَهُ وَلَمْ نُجِزْ نِكَاحَهُ وَهُوَ قَوْلُ الْحَسَنِ وَقَتَادَةَ
[Machine] Whoever marries while he is forbidden, we have separated his wife from him.
مَنْ تَزَوَّجَ وَهُوَ مُحْرِمٌ نَزَعْنَا مِنْهُ امْرَأَتَهُ
" عن على قال: أَيُّمَا رَجُلٍ تَزَوَّجَ وَهُوَ مُحْرِمٌ انْتَزَعْنَا مِنْهُ امْرَأتَهُ وَلَمْ يَجُزْ نكَاحُهُ ".
"عَنْ عَلِىٍّ قَالَ: مَنْ تَزَوَّجَ وَهُوَ مُحْرِمٌ نَزَعْنَا مِنْهُ امْرَأَتَهُ".
