[Machine] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "When one of you eats with his companion, he should not take another until he seeks permission from him, meaning the date."  

أحمد:٦١٤٩حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ عَبْدِ الْمَلِكِ بْنِ أَبِي غَنِيَّةَ حَدَّثَنَا أَبِي عَنْ جَبَلَةَ بْنِ سُحَيْمٍ عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ قَالَ

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ إِذَا أَكَلَ أَحَدُكُمْ مَعَ صَاحِبِهِ فَلَا يَقْرِنَنَّ حَتَّى يَسْتَأْمِرَهُ يَعْنِي التَّمْرَ
