The Messenger of Allah ﷺ and his Companions performed umrah from al-Ji'ranah. They went quickly round the House (the Ka'bah) moving their shoulders) proudly. They put their upper garments under their armpits and threw the ends over their left shoulders.  

أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ﷺ وَأَصْحَابَهُ اعْتَمَرُوا مِنَ الْجِعْرَانَةِ فَرَمَلُوا بِالْبَيْتِ وَجَعَلُوا أَرْدِيَتَهُمْ تَحْتَ آبَاطِهِمْ قَدْ قَذَفُوهَا عَلَى عَوَاتِقِهِمُ الْيُسْرَى  

The Messenger of Allah ﷺ and his Companions performed umrah from al-Ji'ranah. They went quickly round the House (the Ka'bah) moving their shoulders) proudly. They put their upper garments under their armpits and threw the ends over their left shoulders. (Using translation from Abū Dāʾūd 1884)   

أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ وَأَصْحَابَهُ اعْتَمَرُوا مِنْ جِعِرَّانَةَ فَاضْطَبَعُوا وَجَعَلُوا أَرْدِيَتَهُمْ تَحْتَ آبَاطِهِمْ وَوَضَعُوهَا عَلَى عَوَاتِقِهِمْ ثُمَّ رَمَلُوا  

[Machine] That the Messenger of Allah ﷺ and his companions made Tawaf from Al-Jirana, and they spat and placed their turbans under their armpits and wrapped them around their shoulders, then they threw handfuls of sand.  

أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ وَأَصْحَابَهُ «اعْتَمَرُوا مِنَ الْجِعْرَانَةِ فَاضْطَبَعُوا وَجَعَلُوا أَرْدِيَتَهُمْ تَحْتَ آبَاطِهِمْ وَرَقَّوْهَا عَلَى عَوَاتِقِهِمْ ثُمَّ رَمَلُوا»
