The Prophet ﷺ abominated the combination of paternal and maternal aunts and the combination of two maternal aunts and two paternal aunts in marriage. (Using translation from Abū Dāʾūd 2067)   

أحمد:١٨٧٨ – حَدَّثَنَا مَرْوَانُ حَدَّثَنِي خُصَيْفٌ عَنْ عِكْرِمَةَ عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ

أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ نَهَى أَنْ يُجْمَعَ بَيْنَ الْعَمَّةِ وَالْخَالَةِ وَبَيْنَ الْعَمَّتَيْنِ وَالْخَالَتَيْنِ
