[Machine] The Prophet ﷺ performed Hajj on a camel and it trembled. He said, "Here I am, O Allah, for the life of the hereafter."

[Machine] A man came to the Prophet ﷺ and said, "O Messenger of Allah, the wolf has consumed our livestock." The Prophet ﷺ responded, "That is not the most concerning thing for you; what I fear for you is that the world may be poured upon you like a deluge. I wish my nation did not wear gold." So I asked Zaid ibn Wahb, "What is the wolf?" He said, "The yearning for the worldly life."
[Machine] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "The world is cursed, cursed is everything in it except what belongs to Allah."
[Machine] About Al-Hasan, it was said that when Salman, may Allah have mercy on him, was close to death, he cried. He was asked, "What makes you cry while you are a companion of the Messenger of Allah?" He said, "I do not cry out of sorrow for this world or out of desire for it. But the Messenger of Allah entrusted us with a trust which we have neglected. He entrusted us with the obligation that our tongues should be like saddlebags to carry our provisions." He then looked at what he left behind and found the value of what he left behind to be twenty-two or thirty-three dirhams.

[Machine] Salman accompanied a man from the tribe of Bani Abs in order to learn from him. He said, "He was unable to surpass him in his work. If he kneaded dough or watered the livestock, he prepared food for the animals." Salman said to him, "Rest and drink." He replied, "I am satisfied." Salman asked, "How much do you think you have decreased from this?" He replied, "I do not expect to have decreased from it." Salman said, "Indeed, knowledge is the same; you take from it and do not decrease it." He said, "There is no decrease or increase in it, so take what benefits you." They then came to a river called Dinn, and it was full of wheat and barley. Salman said, "O brothers of Bani Abs, do you not see the one who opened these treasures for us? Muhammad, ﷺ , saw it while it was alive." They replied, "Yes." He said, "By the One whom there is no god besides, we used to sleep and wake up without having any wheat." He continued on until they reached Jalula and spoke of what Allah had opened for them there, of gold and silver. Salman said, "O brothers of Bani Abs, do you not see the one who opened these treasures for us? Muhammad, ﷺ , saw it while it was alive." They replied, "Yes." He said, "By the One whom there is no god besides, they used to sleep and wake up without having a dinar or dirham among them."

I came to Allah's Apostle ﷺ as he was reciting:" Abundance diverts you" (cii. 1). He said: The son of Adam claims: My wealth, my wealth. And he (the Holy Prophet) said: O son of Adam. is there anything as your belonging except that which you consumed, which you utilised, or which you wore and then it was worn out or you gave as charity and sent it forward? [Machine] From his father, he heard him say that the Messenger of Allah ﷺ set out with a group of his companions to Abu Al-Haytham ibn Al-Tayhan, who was Malik ibn Al-Tayhan. He entered upon his wife and said, "Where is Abu Al-Haytham?" She said, "He went to seek provisions for us.". While they were in this state, he came and said to his wife, "Woe to you! What have you done to the Messenger of Allah ﷺ ?". She said, "Nothing.". He said, "Get up and grind some grain for them.". So she went to a pile of grain, ground it, and went to a sheep that he had, and slaughtered it for them. The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "Do not slaughter a sheep that has given birth.". So he cooked it for them, and presented it to them, and they ate. Then he took a container or a bucket, drank from it, and those who were with him also drank. The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "You will surely be asked about this drink."

“The Messenger of Allah ﷺ stood up in Khaif in Mina, and said: ‘May Allah make his face shine, the man who hears my words and conveys them. It may be that the bearer of knowledge does not understand it, and it may be that he takes it to one who will understand it more than he does. There are three things in which the heart of the believer does not betray: sincerity of action for the sake of Allah, offering sincere advice to the rulers of the Muslims, and adhering to the Jama’ah (main body of the Muslims). Their supplication is answered (i.e. encompassing every good, and all of the people).” (Using translation from Ibn Mājah 3056)
