Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "The blood of a Muslim who confesses that none has the right to be worshipped but Allah and that I am His Apostle, cannot be shed except in three cases: In Qisas for murder, a married person who commits illegal sexual intercourse and the one who reverts from Islam (apostate) and leaves the Muslims."  

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ: «لاَ يَحِلُّ دَمُ امْرِئٍ مُسْلِمٍ يَشْهَدُ أَنْ لاَ إِلَهَ إِلاَّ اللَّهُ وَأَنِّي رَسُولُ اللَّهِ إِلاَّ بِإِحْدَى ثَلاَثٍ: (١) النَّفْسُ بِالنَّفْسِ، (٢) وَالثَّيِّبُ الزَّانِي، (٣) وَالْمَارِقُ مِنَ الدِّينِ التَّارِكُ الْجَمَاعَةَ۔»  

It is not permissible to take the life of a Muslim who bears testimony (to the fact that there is no god but Allah, and I am the Messenger of Allah, but in one of the three cases: the married adulterer, a life for life, and the deserter of his Din (Islam), abandoning the community.  

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ لاَ يَحِلُّ دَمُ امْرِئٍ مُسْلِمٍ يَشْهَدُ أَنْ لاَ إِلَهَ إِلاَّ اللَّهُ وَأَنِّي رَسُولُ اللَّهِ إِلاَّ بِإِحْدَى ثَلاَثٍ الثَّيِّبُ الزَّانِ وَالنَّفْسُ بِالنَّفْسِ وَالتَّارِكُ لِدِينِهِ الْمُفَارِقُ لِلْجَمَاعَةِ  

"It is not permissible to shed the blood of a Muslim except in one of three cases: A soul for a soul, a adulterer who has been married, and one who separates leaving his religion."  

عَنْ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ ﷺ قَالَ لاَ يَحِلُّ دَمُ امْرِئٍ مُسْلِمٍ إِلاَّ بِإِحْدَى ثَلاَثٍ النَّفْسُ بِالنَّفْسِ وَالثَّيِّبُ الزَّانِي وَالتَّارِكُ دِينَهُ الْمُفَارِقُ  

"The Messenger of Allah [SAW] said: 'By the One besides Whom there is no other god, it is not permissible to shed the blood of a Muslim who bears witness to La ilaha illalla (there is none worthy of worship except Allah) and that I am the Messenger of Allah, except in three cases: One who leaves Islam and splits away from the Jama'ah, a person who has been married and then commits adultery, and a life for a life.'"  

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ وَالَّذِي لاَ إِلَهَ غَيْرُهُ لاَ يَحِلُّ دَمُ امْرِئٍ مُسْلِمٍ يَشْهَدُ أَنْ لاَ إِلَهَ إِلاَّ اللَّهُ وَأَنِّي رَسُولُ اللَّهِ إِلاَّ ثَلاَثَةُ نَفَرٍ التَّارِكُ لِلإِسْلاَمِ مُفَارِقُ الْجَمَاعَةِ وَالثَّيِّبُ الزَّانِي وَالنَّفْسُ بِالنَّفْسِ قَالَ الأَعْمَشُ فَحَدَّثْتُ بِهِ إِبْرَاهِيمَ فَحَدَّثَنِي عَنِ الأَسْوَدِ عَنْ عَائِشَةَ بِمِثْلِهِ  

that the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: "The blood of a Muslim man, who testifies that none has the right to be worshipped Allah, is not lawful except for one of three cases: The (previously married or) married adulterer, a life for a life, and the one who leaves the religion and parts from the Jama'ah (the community of Muslims.)  

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ: «لاَ يَحِلُّ دَمُ امْرِئٍ مُسْلِمٍ يَشْهَدُ أَنْ لاَ إِلَهَ إِلاَّ اللَّهُ وَأَنِّي رَسُولُ اللَّهِ إِلاَّ بِإِحْدَى ثَلاَثٍ الثَّيِّبُ الزَّانِي وَالنَّفْسُ بِالنَّفْسِ وَالتَّارِكُ لِدِينِهِ الْمُفَارِقُ لِلْجَمَاعَةِ۔»

[Machine] The Prophet ﷺ said, "The blood of a Muslim is not permissible except in one of three cases: (1) a life for a life, (2) a married person who commits adultery, (3) one who leaves his religion and separates from the community."

قَامَ مَقَامِي هَذَا رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ فَقَالَ «وَالَّذِي لَا إِلَهَ غَيْرُهُ لَا يَحِلُّ دَمُ رَجُلٍ يَشْهَدُ أَنْ لَا إِلَهَ إِلَّا اللَّهُ وَأَنِّي رَسُولُ اللَّهِ إِلَّا فِي إِحْدَى ثَلَاثٍ التَّارِكُ الْإِسْلَامَ الْمُفَارِقُ لِلْجَمَاعَةِ وَالثَّيِّبُ الزَّانِي وَالنَّفْسُ بِالنَّفْسِ»

عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ أَنَّهُ قَالَ «لَا يَحِلُّ دَمُ مُسْلِمٍ إِلَّا بِإِحْدَى ثَلَاثٍ النَّفْسُ بِالنَّفْسِ وَالثَّيِّبُ الزَّانِي وَالتَّارِكُ لِدِينِهِ الْمُفَارِقُ لِلْجَمَاعَةِ»

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ «لَا يَحِلُّ دَمُ امْرِئٍ مُسْلِمٍ يَشْهَدُ أَنْ لَا إِلَهَ إِلَّا اللَّهُ وَأَنِّي رَسُولُ اللَّهِ إِلَّا بِإِحْدَى ثَلَاثٍ الثَّيِّبُ الزَّانِي وَالنَّفْسُ بِالنَّفْسِ وَالتَّارِكُ لِدِينِهِ الْمُفَارِقُ الْجَمَاعَةَ»  

Messenger of Allah ﷺ stood up and said: By Him besides Whom there is no god but He, the blood of a Muslim who bears the testimony that there is no god but Allah, and I am His Messenger, may be lawfully shed only in case of three persons: the one who abandons Islam, and deserts the community [Ahmad, one of the narrators, is doubtful whether the Prophet ﷺ used the word li'l-jama'ah or al-jama'ah), and the married adulterer, and life for life. [Machine] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: "The blood of a Muslim who bears witness that there is no god but Allah and that I am the Messenger of Allah shall not be permissible except in one of three cases: a married adulterer, a life for a life, and one who abandons his religion and separates from the community - and in another narration, the blood of a man is mentioned."  

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ لَا يَحِلُّ دَمُ امْرِئٍ مُسْلِمٍ يَشْهَدُ أَنْ لَا إِلَهَ إِلَّا اللهُ وَأَنِّي رَسُولُ اللهِ إِلَّا بِإِحْدَى ثَلَاثٍ الثَّيِّبُ الزَّانِي وَالنَّفْسُ بِالنَّفْسِ وَالتَّارِكُ لِدِينِهِ الْمُفَارِقُ لِلْجَمَاعَةِ وَفِي رِوَايَةِ يَعْلَى دَمُ رَجُلٍ  

[Machine] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "The blood of a person who testifies that there is no god but Allah and that I am the Messenger of Allah may not be shed except for one of three reasons: a married person who commits adultery, a person who kills another person unjustly, or a person who abandons his religion and separates from the Muslim community."  

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ لَا يَحِلُّ دَمُ امْرِئٍ يَشْهَدُ أَنْ لَا إِلَهَ إِلَّا اللهُ وَأَنِّي رَسُولُ اللهِ إِلَّا بِإِحْدَى ثَلَاثٍ الثَّيِّبُ الزَّانِي وَالنَّفْسُ بِالنَّفْسِ وَالتَّارِكُ لِدِينِهِ الْمُفَارِقُ لِلْجَمَاعَةِ  

[Machine] The Prophet Muhammad ﷺ said: It is not permitted to shed the blood of a man who testifies that there is no god but Allah and that I am the Messenger of Allah, except in three cases: a person who kills another person, or a married person who commits adultery, or someone who renounces their religion and separates from the community.  

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ لَا يَحِلُّ دَمُ رَجُلٍ يَشْهَدُ أَنْ لَا إِلَهَ إِلَّا اللهُ وَأَنِّي رَسُولُ اللهِ إِلَّا بِإِحْدَى ثَلَاثَةٍ نَفْرُ النَّفْسِ بِالنَّفْسِ وَالثَّيِّبُ الزَّانِي وَالتَّارِكُ لِدِينِهِ الْمُفَارِقُ لِلْجَمَاعَةِ  

"وَالَّذِي لا إِلَه غَيرُه لا يَحِلُّ دَمُ أَحَدِ يَشْهَدُ أَن لا إِلَه إِلا اللهُ وَأَنّى رسولُ اللهِ، إِلا بإِحدى ثلاثٍ: التاركُ الإِسلامَ، المفارقُ لِلجَمَاعَةِ، والثَّيّبُ الزَّانِي، والنفسُ بالنَّفْس".  

"لَا يَحِلُّ دَمُ امرِيءٍ مُسْلِمٍ يَشْهَدُ أَن لَا إِلَه إلا اللهُ، وَأَنِّي رسُولُ اللهِ إلا بِإِحْدَى ثَلَاثٍ: الثَّيِّبُ الزَّانِي، والنَّفْسُ بِالنَّفْسِ، والتَّارِكُ لِدِينِهِ الْمفَارِقُ لِلْجَمَاعَةِ".  

"عَنِ ابْنِ مَسْعُودٍ قَالَ: قَامَ فِينَا رَسُولُ الله ﷺ مَقَامِى فِيكُمْ، فَقَالَ: وَالَّذِى لَا إِلَهَ غَيْرُهُ، مَا يحلُّ دَم رَجُلٍ يَشْهَدُ أَنَّ لَا إِلَهَ إِلَّا الله وَأَنِّى رَسُولُ الله، إِلَّا إِحْدَى ثَلَاثٍ: النَّفْسُ بِالنَّفْسِ، وَالثَّيِّبُ الزَّانِى، وَالتَّارِكُ لِلإِسْلَامِ الْمُفَارِقُ لِلْجَمَاعَةِ".
