abudawud:1867 – ʿUthmān b. Abū Shaybah > Abū Usāmah > ʿUbaydullāh > Nāfiʿ > Ibn ʿUmar

Ibn ‘Umar said The Messenger of Allah ﷺ used to come out from (Medina) by the way of Al Shajarah and enter (Makkah) by the way of Al Mu’arras.  

أبو داود:١٨٦٧ – حَدَّثَنَا عُثْمَانُ بْنُ أَبِي شَيْبَةَ حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو أُسَامَةَ عَنْ عُبَيْدِ اللَّهِ عَنْ نَافِعٍ عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ

أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ كَانَ يَخْرُجُ مِنْ طَرِيقِ الشَّجَرَةِ وَيَدْخُلُ مِنْ طَرِيقِ الْمُعَرَّسِ

Ibn 'Umar reported that Messenger of Allah ﷺ used to come out (of Medina) by way of al-Shajarah and entered it by the way of al-Mu'arras and whenever he entered Mecca, he entered it from the upper side and went out of it from the lower side.
