[Machine] "That Ibn Mas'ud prayed Isha with them and recited forty verses from Al-Anfal, then in the second rakah he recited a chapter from Al-Mufassal."  

الطبراني:٩٣٠٧حَدَّثَنَا إِسْحَاقُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّزَّاقِ عَنِ الثَّوْرِيِّ عَنْ أَبِي إِسْحَاقَ عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ يَزِيدَ

«أَنَّ ابْنَ مَسْعُودٍ صَلَّى بِهِمُ الْعِشَاءَ فَقَرَأَ بِأَرْبَعِينَ مِنَ الْأَنْفَالِ ثُمَّ قَرَأَ فِي الثَّانِيَةِ بِسُورَةٍ مِنَ الْمُفَصَّلِ»
