[Machine] After the death of the Messenger of Allah ﷺ, Abu Bakr sent commanders to Syria and appointed Khalid ibn Sa'eed over a group of soldiers.  

الطبراني:٤١١٥حَدَّثَنَا إِسْحَاقُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ الدَّبَرِيُّ عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّزَّاقِ عَنْ مَعْمَرٍ عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ

أَنَّ أَبَا بَكْرٍ بَعْدَ وَفَاةِ رَسُولِ اللهِ ﷺ «بَعَثَ أُمَرَاءَ إِلَى الشَّامِ فَأَمَّرَ خَالِدَ بْنَ سَعِيدٍ عَلَى جُنْدٍ»
