[Machine] The Prophet ﷺ said, "Do not cut bread with a knife as the non-Arabs do. And when one of you wants to eat meat, do not cut it with a knife, but hold it with his hand and tear it with his teeth, as it is more gentle and manly."

الطبراني:٢٠٠٢١ – حَدَّثَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْعَزِيزِ ثنا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ يُونُسَ ثنا زُهَيْرٌ ثنا عَبَّادُ بْنُ كَثِيرٍ عَنْ أَبِي عَبْدِ اللهِ عَنْ عَطَاءِ اللهِ بْنِ يَسَارٍ عَنْ أُمِّ سَلَمَةَ

أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ قَالَ «لَا تَقْطَعُوا الْخُبْزَ بِالسِّكِّينِ كَمَا تَقْطَعُهُ الْأَعَاجِمُ وَإِذَا أَرَادَ أَحَدُكُمْ أَنْ يَأْكُلَ اللَّحْمَ فَلَا يَقْطَعْهُ بِالسِّكِّينِ وَلَكِنْ لِيَأْخُذْهُ بِيَدِهِ فَلْيَنْهَشْهُ بِفِيهِ فَإِنَّهُ أَهْنَأُ وَأَمْرَأُ»

"لا تَقْطَعُوا الَّلحْمَ بالسِّكِّينِ كمَا تَقْطَعُه الأَعَاجِمُ، وَإذَا أَرَادَ أَحَدُكم أنْ يأكلَ اللَّحْمَ فَلا يَقْطَعْه بالسِّكِّينِ، وَلَكن لِيَأخُذْه بِيدِه فَليَنْهَشْه بِفِيه؛ فَإِنَّه أهْنَأُ وَأَمْرَأُ".

[طب] الطبرانى في الكبير [هب] البيهقى في شعب الإيمان عن أم سلمة
