[Machine] "The Prophet ﷺ made it obligatory to pay zakat on what the sky waters, as well as on bajil (a type of grain), and on the yield of irrigated land. However, he pardoned zakat on watermelon, cucumber, beans, green vegetables, pomegranate, and gourd."  

الطبراني:١٧٥١٢ – حَدَّثَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ عَمْرٍو الْخَلَّالُ ثنا يَعْقُوبُ بْنُ حُمَيْدٍ ثنا عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ نَافِعٍ عَنْ إِسْحَاقَ بْنِ يَحْيَى عَنْ طَلْحَةَ عَنْ مُوسَى عَنْ مُعَاذِ بْنِ جَبَلٍ

«أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ فَرَضَ فِيمَا سَقَتِ السَّمَاءُ وَالْبَعْلِ وَمَا سَقَى الْعُيُونُ مِنَ الْحُبُوبِ الْعُشْرَ وَأَمَّا الْبِطِّيخُ وَالْقِثَّاءُ وَالْبَقْلُ وَالْخَضِرُ وَالرُّمَّانُ وَالْقَصُوبُ فَقَدْ عَفَا عَنْهَا رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ»

[Machine] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "Regarding what is watered by rain, natural springs, and the overflow of rivers, one-tenth (of the crops) is due. And regarding what is watered through irrigation channels, half of one-tenth (of the crops) is due. This applies only to dates, wheat, and grains. As for cucumbers, watermelons, pomegranates, and sugarcanes, the Messenger of Allah ﷺ exempted them from this."  

الحاكم:١٤٥٨ – أَخْبَرَنِي عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنُ الْحَسَنِ الْقَاضِي بِهَمْدَانَ ثنا عُمَيْرُ بْنُ مِرْدَاسٍ ثنا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ نَافِعٍ الصَّائِغُ حَدَّثَنِي إِسْحَاقُ بْنُ يَحْيَى بْنِ طَلْحَةَ بْنِ عُبَيْدِ اللَّهِ عَنْ عَمِّهِ مُوسَى بْنِ طَلْحَةَ عَنْ مُعَاذِ بْنِ جَبَلٍ

أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ﷺ قَالَ «فِيمَا سَقَتِ السَّمَاءُ وَالْبَعْلُ وَالسَّيْلُ الْعُشْرُ وَفِيمَا سُقِيَ بِالنَّضْحِ نِصْفُ الْعُشْرِ وَإِنَّمَا يَكُونُ ذَلِكَ فِي التَّمْرِ وَالْحِنْطَةِ وَالْحُبُوبِ وَأَمَّا الْقِثَّاءُ وَالْبَطِّيخُ وَالرُّمَّانُ وَالْقَصَبُ فَقَدْ عَفَا عَنْهُ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ»  

هَذَا حَدِيثٌ صَحِيحُ الْإِسْنَادِ وَلَمْ يُخَرِّجَاهُ وَلَهُ شَاهِدٌ بِإِسْنَادٍ صَحِيحٍ

"فيمَا سَقَتِ السَّمَاءُ، وَالْبَعْلُ، وَالسَّيلُ الْعُشْرُ, وَفِيمَا سُقِيَ بِالنَّضْح نصْفُ الْعُشْرِ, وَإِنَّمَا يَكُونُ ذَلِكَ فِي التَّمْرِ وَالْحِنْطَةِ، وَالْحُبُوبِ، فأَمَّا القِثَّاءُ، وَالْبَطِّيخُ, وَالرُّمَّانُ, وَالْقَصَبُ لقَدْ عَفَا عَنْهُ رَسُول اللهِ".
