[Machine] The Prophet ﷺ said, "Show me your sword." So, he asked for it and looked at it. He found it to be dull and weak, so he said, "Do not strike with this, but instead stab with it."  

الطبراني:١٤٤٣٠حَدَّثَنَا إِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ عِرْقٍ ثَنَا عَبْدُ الْوَهَّابِ بْنُ الضَّحَّاكِ ثَنَا إِسْمَاعِيلُ بْنُ عَيَّاشٍ عَنْ ضَمْضَمِ بْنِ زُرْعَةَ عَنْ شُرَيْحِ بْنِ عُبَيْدٍ عَنْ كَثِيرِ بْنِ مُرَّةَ عَنْ عُتْبَةَ بْنِ عَبْدٍ

أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ قَالَ «أَرِنِي سَيْفَكَ» فَسَلَّهُ فَنَظَرَ إِلَيْهِ فَإِذَا فِيهِ دِقَّةٌ وَضَعْفٌ فَقَالَ «لَا تَضْرِبْ بِهَذَا وَلَكِنِ اطْعَنْ بِهِ طَعْنًا»
