[Machine] As for us, the companions of the Messenger of Allah, ﷺ , we used to consider him a hypocrite. But I do not know what you consider him to be.  

الطبراني:١٣٢٦٤ – حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو شُعَيْبٍ الْحَرَّانِيُّ ثنا يَحْيَى بْنُ عَبْدِ اللهِ الْبَابْلُتِّيُّ ثنا الْأَوْزَاعِيُّ حَدَّثَنِي الزُّهْرِيُّ عَنْ عُرْوَةَ قَالَ قُلْتُ لِعَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ عُمَرَ يَا أَبَا عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ إِنَّا نَدْخُلُ عَلَى الْأُمَرَاءِ فَيَقْضِي أَحَدُهُمْ بِالْقَضَاءِ جَوْرًا فَنَقُولُ وَفَّقَكَ اللهُ وَيَنْظُرُ إِلَى الرَّجُلِ مِنَّا فَيَثْنِي عَلَيْهِ فَقَالَ

«أَمَّا نَحْنُ مَعْشَرَ أَصْحَابِ رَسُولِ اللهِ ﷺ فَكُنَّا نَعُدُّهُ نِفَاقًا فَمَا أَدْرِي مَا تَعُدُّونَهُ أَنْتُمْ؟»
