[Machine] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "A man from the Qahtan tribe will drive people with a stick."  

الطبراني:١٣١٩٨ – حَدَّثَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ سَعِيدٍ الرَّازِيُّ ثنا الْحُسَيْنُ بْنُ عِيسَى بْنِ مَيْسَرَةَ الرَّازِيُّ ثنا سَلَمَةُ بْنُ الْفَضْلِ عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ إِسْحَاقَ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ أَبِي بَكْرٍ عَنْ سَالِمٍ عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ ؓ قَالَ

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ «لَيَسُوقَنَّ رَجُلٌ مِنْ قَحْطَانَ النَّاسَ بِعَصًا»

bukhari:3517 – ʿAbd al-ʿAzīz b. ʿAbdullāh > Sulaymān b. Bilāl > Thawr b. Zayd > Abū al-Ghayth > Abū Hurayrah

The Prophet ﷺ said, "The hour will not be established unless a man from the tribe of Qahtan appears, driving the people with his stick (ruling them with violence and oppression)."
