[Machine] Ibn Abbas said: "Yes, indeed the Messenger of Allah ﷺ decreed that."  

الطبراني:١٠٨١٣ – حَدَّثَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْعَزِيزِ ثنا أَبُو نُعَيْمٍ ثنا شَيْبَانُ عَنْ يَحْيَى بْنِ أَبِي كَثِيرٍ عَنْ عُمَرَ بْنِ مُعَتِّبٍ أَنَّ أَبَا حَسَنٍ مَوْلَى بَنِي نَوْفَلٍ أَخْبَرَهُ أَنَّهُ اسْتَفْتَى ابْنَ عَبَّاسٍ فِي §مَمْلُوكٍ كَانَتْ تَحْتَهُ مَمْلُوكَةٌ فَطَلَّقَهَا تَطْلِيقَتَيْنِ ثُمَّ إِنَّهُمَا أُعْتِقَا بَعْدَ ذَلِكَ هَلْ يَصْلُحُ لِلرَّجُلِ أَنْ يَخْطُبَهَا؟ فَقَالَ

ابْنُ عَبَّاسٍ نَعَمْ إِنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ قَضَى بِذَلِكَ
