I am a human being and I have made this term with my Lord, the Exalted and Glorious: For any servant amongst Muslims whom I curse or scold, make that a source of purity and reward. This hadith has been narrated on the authority of Ibn Juraij with the same chain of transmitters.

سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ﷺ يَقُولُ إِنَّمَا أَنَا بَشَرٌ وَإِنِّي اشْتَرَطْتُ عَلَى رَبِّي ﷻ أَىُّ عَبْدٍ مِنَ الْمُسْلِمِينَ سَبَبْتُهُ أَوْ شَتَمْتُهُ أَنْ يَكُونَ ذَلِكَ لَهُ زَكَاةً وَأَجْرًا حَدَّثَنِيهِ ابْنُ أَبِي خَلَفٍ حَدَّثَنَا رَوْحٌ ح وَحَدَّثَنَاهُ عَبْدُ بْنُ حُمَيْدٍ حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو عَاصِمٍ جَمِيعًا عَنِ ابْنِ جُرَيْجٍ بِهَذَا الإِسْنَادِ مِثْلَهُ

[Machine] I heard the Prophet ﷺ saying, "I am only a human being and I have made a condition with my Lord that any Muslim whom I insult, curse or curse, it will be obligatory for him to give him his due Zakat and reward for him."

سَمِعْتُ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ يَقُولُ إِنَّمَا أَنَا بَشَرٌ وَإِنِّي اشْتَرَطْتُ عَلَى رَبِّي ﷻ أَيُّ عَبْدٍ مِنَ الْمُسْلِمِينَ سَبَبْتُهُ أَوْ شَتَمْتُهُ أَنْ يَكُونَ لَهُ ذَلِكَ زَكَاةً وَأَجْرًا

[Machine] I heard the Prophet ﷺ say, "I am only a human being and I have made it a condition with my Lord that any Muslim whom I insult or curse, it will be a means of purification and reward for him."

سَمِعْتُ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ يَقُولُ إِنَّمَا أَنَا بَشَرٌ وَإِنِّي أَشْتَرِطُ عَلَى رَبِّي أَيَّ عَبْدٍ مِنَ الْمُسْلِمِينَ شَتَمْتُهُ أَوْ سَبَبْتُهُ أَنْ يَكُونَ ذَلِكَ لَهُ زَكَاةً وَأَجْرًا

[Machine] I heard the Messenger of Allah ﷺ saying, "I am only a human being and I have stipulated with my Lord that any Muslim whom I strike or insult, it will be considered as his zakat and reward."
