"عَنْ وَاثِلَةَ بْنِ الأسقَع قَالَ: كَانَ رَسُولُ الله ﷺ يَصُومُ الاثنَيْنِ وَالخَميسَ وَيَقُولُ: تُعْرَضُ فِيهِمَا الأعْمَالُ عَلَى الله".

[Machine] He used to fast on Mondays and Thursdays and he would say that the Messenger of Allah ﷺ used to fast them and he would say, "Deeds are presented to Allah on these days, so I love that my deeds are presented while I am fasting."  

الطبراني:١٨٥٢٧ – حَدَّثَنَا إِسْمَاعِيلُ بْنُ قِيرَاطٍ ثنا سُلَيْمَانُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ ثنا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ قَالَ حَدَّثَتْنَا أَسْمَاءُ بِنْتُ وَاثِلَةَ عَنْ أَبِيهَا
