"إِنَّ الله لا يُعذِّبُ الْعَامَةَ بِعَمَل الْخَاصَّةِ حتَّى تَكُونَ الْعَامَّةُ تستطيع أَن تُغَيِّرَ على الخَاصَّة فإِذا لم تُغَيِّر العامةُ على الخَاصَّة عَذَّبَ الله العَامةَ والخاصَّة".

[Machine] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "Indeed, Allah does not punish the majority for the actions of a few until the majority are capable of changing it and they do not change it. That is when Allah allows the destruction of the majority and the few."
قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ «إنَّ اللهَ لَا يُعَذِّبُ الْعَامَّةَ بِعَمَلِ الْخَاصَّةِ حَتَّى تَعْمَلَ الْخَاصَّةُ بِعَمَلٍ تَقْدِرُ الْعَامَّةُ أَنْ تُغَيِّرَهُ وَلَا تُغَيِّرُهُ فَذَاك حِينَ يَأْذَنُ اللهُ فِي هَلَاكِ الْعَامَّةِ والخاصةِ»
