"إِنَّ الله بَاهى ملائكتهُ بالنَّاسِ يوْم عَرَفة عامَّةً، وَبَاهى بِعُمرَ بن الْخطَّابِ خاصَّةً، وما في السَّمَاءِ مَلكٌ إلا وَهُوَ يُوقِّرُ عُمَرَ، وَمَا في الأرض شيطانٌ إلا وهو يفِرُّ مِنْ عُمرَ".
