“Carry out the legal punishments on relatives and strangers, and do not let the fear of blame stop you from carrying out the command of Allah (SWT).” (Using translation from Ibn Mājah 2540)   

السيوطي:٤٠٠٣a –

"أقِيمُوا حُدُود الله تعالى في البعيدِ والقرَيبِ ولا تأخذْكُم في الله تعالى لَوْمَةُ لائِمٍ" .
