"عَنْ عَلِىٍّ قَالَ: إِذَا كَانَ لِرَجُلٍ عَبْدٌ فَأَعْتَقَ نِصْفَهُ لَمْ يُعْتَقْ مِنْهُ إِلَّا مَا عَتَقَ".  

[ق] البيهقى في السنن وقال: هذا منقطع
