"عَنْ سَيَّار أَبى الْحَكَمِ عَنْ عَلِىٍّ: فِى امْرَأَةِ المَفْقُودِ إِذَا قَدِمَ وَقَدْ تَزَوَّجَتْ امْرَأَتُهُ: هِىَ امْرَأَتُهُ، إِنْ شَاءَ طَلَّقَ وَإِنْ شَاءَ أَمْسَكَ، فَلَا يُخَيَّر ".
Request/Fix translation
[Machine] Regarding the lost woman, when she is found and her husband has already married another woman, she is still considered his wife. He can either divorce her if he wishes or keep her, and he is not given a choice. This was narrated by Abu 'Ubaid from Hushaym from Sayyar from Sha'bi from Ali.
