السيوطي:٤-٢٦١٧b –

"عَنْ جَعْفَرِ بْنِ مُحَمَّدٍ عَنْ عَلِىًّ: أَنَّ النَّبِىَّ ﷺ قَضَى بِشَهَادَةِ رَجُلٍ وَاحِدٍ مَعَ يَمينِ صَاحِبِ الْحَقِّ وَقَضَى بِهِ عَلِىٌّ بِالْعِرَاقِ".
