البيهقي:٢٠٦٥٨ – وَقِيلَ عَنْ شَبَابَةَ كَمَا أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو الْحَسَنِ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الْحُسَيْنِ الْعَلَوِيُّ أنبأ أَحْمَدُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ الْحَسَنِ الْحَافِظُ ثنا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ الصَّبَّاحِ ثنا شَبَابَةُ ثنا عَبْدُ الْعَزِيزِ الْمَاجِشُونُ عَنْ جَعْفَرِ بْنِ مُحَمَّدٍ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ جَدِّهِ عَنْ عَلِيِّ بْنِ أَبِي طَالِبٍ ؓ

أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ قَضَى بِشَهَادَةِ رَجُلٍ وَاحِدٍ مَعَ يَمِينِ صَاحِبِ الْحَقِّ وَقَضَى بِهِ عَلِيٌّ ؓ بِالْعِرَاقِ وَكَذَلِكَ

"عَنْ جَعْفَرِ بْنِ مُحَمَّدٍ عَنْ عَلِىًّ: أَنَّ النَّبِىَّ ﷺ قَضَى بِشَهَادَةِ رَجُلٍ وَاحِدٍ مَعَ يَمينِ صَاحِبِ الْحَقِّ وَقَضَى بِهِ عَلِىٌّ بِالْعِرَاقِ".
