"عَنِ ابْنِ شِهَابٍ: أَنَّهُ سُئِلَ عَنْ رَجُلٍ وَطِئَ أُمَّ امْرَأَتِهِ فَقَالَ: قَالَ عَلِىُّ بْنُ أَبِى طَالِبٍ: لَا يُحَرِّمُ الْحَرَامُ الْحَلَالَ".
