" عَنْ عَلِىٍّ قَالَ: إِذَا حَكَمَ أحَدُ الحَكَمَيْن وَلَمْ يَحْكُمْ الآخَرُ فَلَيْسَ حُكْمُهُ بِشَىْء يَجْتَمِعَا".
