السيوطي:٢٨١٢a –

"اذكر الموْتَ في صلاتِكَ، فإِنَّ الرَّجلَ إذا ذَكَر الموْتَ في صلاتِه لَحَرِي أنْ يُحسِنَ صلاتُه، وَصلِّى صلاةَ رجُلٍ لا يَظُنُّ أنْ يُصلِّى صلاةً غيرها، وإيَّاكَ وكُلَّ أمْرٍ يُعتذرُ مِنْه".

"اعَملْ لله رأى العَينِ، فَإن لم تكنْ تراهُ فإِنَّهُ يراكَ وأَسْبِغ طُهْرَكَ، وإذا دخلتَ المسجِدَ، فاذكُر الموتَ، فإِن الرَّجُلَ إِذا ذكر الموتَ لَحَرِيٌّ أن يُحْسِنَ صلاتَهُ، وصَلِّ صلاةَ رَجُلٍ لا يَظُنُّ أن يُصَلِّي غيرَها، وإِيَّاكَ وكلَّ أمرٍ يُعْتذرُ مِنهُ".
