السيوطي:٢٣٨٨٨a –

"نعْمَ الشَّئُ الإِمَارَةُ لِمنْ أَخَذَهَا بِحَقِّهَا وَحِلِّهَا، وَبِئْسَ الَّشْئُ الإِمَارةُ لِمَنْ أَخَذَهَا بِغَيرِ حَقِّهَا، فَتَكُونُ عَلَيهِ حَسْرَةً".

عَطَاءُ بْنُ يَسَارٍ، عَنْ زَيْدِ بْنِ ثَابِتٍ ؓ

[Machine] "He said in the presence of the Prophet ﷺ, 'Authority is a bad thing.' The Prophet ﷺ said 'Authority is a good thing for those who take it rightfully and handle it properly, and it is a bad thing for those who take it unjustly, and they will regret it on the Day of Judgment.'"  

الطبراني:٤٨٣١ – حَدَّثَنَا حَفْصُ بْنُ عُمَرَ الرَّقِّيُّ ثنا أَبُو حُذَيْفَةَ ثنا زُهَيْرُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ عَنْ شَرِيكِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ أَبِي نَمِرٍ عَنْ عَطَاءِ بْنِ يَسَارٍ عَنْ زَيْدِ بْنِ ثَابِتٍ

أَنَّهُ قَالَ عِنْدَ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ بِئْسَ الشَّيْءُ الْإِمَارَةُ فَقَالَ النَّبِيُّ ﷺ «نِعْمَ الشَّيْءُ الْإِمَارَةُ لِمَنْ أَخَذَهَا بِحَقِّهَا وحَلَّهَا وَبِئْسَ الشَّيْءُ الْإِمَارَةُ لِمَنْ أَخَذَهَا بِغَيْرِ حَقِّهَا فَتَكُونُ عَلَيْهِ حَسْرَةً يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ»
