"مَنْ صَام يَوْمَ الأَرْبِعَاءِ وَالخَمِيسِ وَالجُمُعَةِ بَنَى اللهُ لَهُ بَيتًا فِي الجَنَّةِ، يُرَى ظَاهِرُهُ مِنْ بَاطِنهِ وَبَاطنُهُ مِنْ ظَاهِرِه".

مَيْمُونُ بْنُ مِهْرَانَ الْجَزَرِيُّ، عَنْ أَبِي أُمَامَةَ ؓ

[Machine] I heard the Messenger of Allah ﷺ saying, "Whoever fasts on Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday, Allah will build a house for him in Paradise, the exterior of which will be visible from the interior and the interior of which will be visible from the exterior."  

الطبراني:٧٩٨١ – حَدَّثَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْعَزِيزِ ثنا الْهَيْثَمُ بْنُ خَارِجَةَ ثنا شِهَابُ بْنُ خِرَاشٍ عَنْ صَالِحِ بْنِ جَبَلَةَ عَنْ مَيْمُونِ بْنِ مِهْرَانَ عَنْ أَبِي أُمَامَةَ قَالَ
