السيوطي:٢-٢٧٠b –

"عن شَقِيق بنِ سلمَة أَنَّ ابن عُمَرَ طَلَّقَ امرأَتَهُ وَهىَ حَائِضٌ، فَذَكَر ذلكَ عمرُ للنبىَّ ﷺ فَأمَرهُ أن يَرْتجِعَهَا، وقَالَ: لا تعتدُّ بتلكَ الحيضةِ".
