"عن يسار بن نمير قال: قال لى عمرُ بن الخطاب: إنى أحلفُ أن لا أعطىَ رجالًا ثم يبدو لى فأعطيهم فإذا رأيتنى فعلت ذلك فأَطعمْ عنِّى عشرة مساكين، كل مسكينٍ صاعا من شعيرٍ أو صاعًا من تمرٍ أو نصف صاعٍ من قَمحٍ".
