"قَال اللهُ -تَعَالى- إِنِّي أنَا الرب قَضَيتُ الخَيرَ وَالشَر، فوَيل لِمن قَضَيتُ عَلَى يَدَيهِ الشر، وَطُوبَى لِمَنْ قَضَيتَ عَلَى يَدَيه الْخَيرَ".
