السيوطي:١٤٢٧١a –

"ذِمَّةُ المُسْلِمِينَ وَاحِدَةٌ؛ فإِنْ جَارَتْ عليهِمْ جَائِرَةٌ فلا تَخْفِرُوها، فَإِنَّ لِكُلِّ غادرٍ لواءً يُعْرَفُ بِهِ يَوْمَ القِيَامَة".

الحاكم:٢٦٢٦ – أَخْبَرَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ الْعَنَزِيُّ ثنا عُثْمَانُ بْنُ سَعِيدٍ الدَّارِمِيُّ ثنا مَحْبُوبُ بْنُ مُوسَى ثنا أَبُو إِسْحَاقَ الْفَزَارِيُّ عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ مُرَّةَ عَنْ أَبِي الْبَخْتَرِيِّ عَنْ عَائِشَةَ قَالَتْ

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ «ذِمَّةُ الْمُسْلِمِينَ وَاحِدَةٌ فَإِنْ جَازَتْ عَلَيْهِمْ جَائِزَةٌ فَلَا تَخْفِرُوهَا فَإِنَّ لِكُلِّ غَادِرٍ لِوَاءً يُعْرَفُ بِهِ يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ»  

هَذَا حَدِيثٌ صَحِيحُ الْإِسْنَادِ وَلَمْ يُخَرِّجَاهُ بِهَذِهِ السِّيَاقَةِ إِنَّمَا اتَّفَقَا عَلَى ذِكْرِ الْغَادِرِ فَقَطْ صحيح
