ذِكْرُ الْإِخْبَارِ عَمَّا يَجِبُ عَلَى الْمَرْءِ مِنَ الدِّيَةِ فِي قَطْعِ أَصَابِعِ أَخِيهِ الْمُسْلِمِ

ibnhibban:6012 – Muḥammad b. Aḥmad b. Abū ʿAwn > Abū ʿAmmār al-Ḥusayn b. Ḥurayth > al-Faḍl b. Mūsá > al-Ḥusayn b. Wāqid > Yazīd al-Naḥwī > ʿIkrimah > Ibn ʿAbbās

that the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: "The blood-money for the fingers on the hands and (the toes of) the feet is the same: Ten camels for each finger." (Using translation from Tirmidhī 1391)  

ابن حبّان:٦٠١٢ – أَخْبَرَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ أَبِي عَوْنٍ حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو عَمَّارٍ الْحُسَيْنُ بْنُ حُرَيْثٍ حَدَّثَنَا الْفَضْلُ بْنُ مُوسَى عَنِ الْحُسَيْنِ بْنِ وَاقِدٍ عَنْ يَزِيدَ النَّحْوِيِّ عَنْ عِكْرِمَةَ عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ قَالَ

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ «دِيَةُ الْيَدَيْنِ وَالرِّجْلَيْنِ سَوَاءٌ عَشَرَةٌ مِنَ الْإِبِلِ لِكُلِّ أُصْبُعٍ»
