ذِكْرُ الْإِبَاحَةِ لِلْمَرْءِ أَنَّ يَتَمَتَّعَ بِالْعُمْرَةِ إِلَى الْحَجِّ، إِذَا قَصَدَ الْبَيْتَ الْعَتِيقَ

[Machine] He (Saad bin Abi Waqqas) said, "How awful of what I said, O nephew! By Allah, indeed the Messenger of Allah ﷺ did it and we did it with him."  

ابن حبّان:٣٩٢٣ – أَخْبَرَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الْحَسَنِ بْنِ قُتَيْبَةَ بِعَسْقَلَانَ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا حَرْمَلَةُ بْنُ يَحْيَى قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ وَهْبٍ قَالَ أَخْبَرَنَا يُونُسُ عَنِ ابْنِ شِهَابٍ قَالَ أَخْبَرَنِي مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ نَوْفَلٍ أَنَّهُ سَمِعَ الضَّحَّاكَ بْنَ قَيْسٍ فِي حَجَّةِ مُعَاوِيَةَ بْنِ أَبِي سُفْيَانَ يَقُولُ «لَا يَفْتِي بِالتَّمَتُّعِ بِالْعُمْرَةِ إِلَى الْحَجِّ إِلَّا مَنْ جَهِلَ أَمْرَ اللَّهِ جَلَّ وَعَلَا» فَقَالَ

لَهُ سَعْدُ بْنُ أَبِي وَقَّاصٍ «بِئْسَ مَا قُلْتُ يَا ابْنَ أَخِي فَوَاللَّهِ لَقَدْ فَعَلَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ وَفَعَلْنَاهُ مَعَهُ»
