8. Book of Purification
The Messenger of Allah forbade men to perform ablution with the left over water by a woman. (Using translation from Ibn Mājah 373)
"One of the wives of the Prophet performed Ghusl with a bowl. Messenger of Allah wanted to perform Wudu with it, so she said: 'O Messenger of Allah! Indeed I am ]unub.' So he said: 'Indeed, water does not become Junub.'" (Using translation from Tirmidhī 65)
"I heard Al-Qasim narrating that 'Aishah said: 'I used to perform Ghusl, the Messenger of Allah ﷺ and I from a single vessel, from Janabah.'" (Using translation from Nasāʾī 233)
[Machine] "He (Prophet Muhammad peace be upon him) saw himself and his companions purifying themselves. Both men and women purify themselves from the same vessel. They all purify themselves with it."
"I heard Al-Qasim narrating that 'Aishah said: 'I used to perform Ghusl, the Messenger of Allah ﷺ and I from a single vessel, from Janabah.'" (Using translation from Nasāʾī 233)
[Machine] Narrated by Al-Qa'nabi from Malik from Nafi' that Ibn 'Umar used to say, "Verily, men and women used to perform ablution during the time of the Messenger of Allah ﷺ altogether."
