[Machine] The translation into English is: The Messenger of Allah ﷺ used to visit and visit the weak Muslims, go to their sick and witness their funerals.  

الحاكم:٣٧٣٥ – أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو الْعَبَّاسِ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ أَحْمَدَ الْمَحْبُوبِيُّ ثنا سَعِيدُ بْنُ مَسْعُودٍ أَنْبَأَ يَزِيدُ بْنُ هَارُونَ أَنْبَأَ سُفْيَانُ بْنُ حُسَيْنٍ عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ عَنْ أَبِي أُمَامَةَ بْنِ سَهْلِ بْنِ حُنَيْفٍ عَنْ أَبِيهِ قَالَ

كَانَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ «يَأْتِي ضُعَفَاءَ الْمُسْلِمِينَ وَيَزُورُهُمْ وَيَعُودُ مَرْضَاهُمْ وَيَشْهَدُ جَنَائِزَهُمْ»  

هَذَا حَدِيثٌ صَحِيحُ الْإِسْنَادِ وَلَمْ يُخَرِّجَاهُ صحيح
